As you may know I'm seventeen years old and I'm only 5' 2". That isn't bad, I like being short, it's fun, but whats not fun is my weight. I weigh 175 lbs. So yes, I am short and fat. I've always had a little trouble with weight but nothing major, but I've never been 50 lbs over weight.
So along with the other changes I've made this year so far, I'm going to loose those 50 pounds! I am going to start my 1300 calorie diet today and start going for a walk every day, that is when the sun comes out, (I DO NOT RUN!) and my mom and I are going to start a workout plan (with a DVD).
Since it's raining today, I can't go for a walk or bike ride, so I am going to work on my weekly plan and make a food shopping list to help with my calorie intake. Wish me luck. :)
